The full program for the 2026 Pair’d Margaret River Region festival in Western Australia has been unveiled, with the four-day celebration returning from 19–22 November for its third consecutive year.
Bringing together world-class wine, food, music and culture, the 2026 program promises an unforgettable sensory experience across some of the Margaret River Region’s most iconic wineries and venues. Guests can enjoy an extraordinary line-up of Michelin-starred chefs, acclaimed winemakers, local producers, global music acts, rare museum wines and spectacular beachside feasts.
This year’s expanded program features a mix of exciting new events alongside returning favourites. International culinary talent includes Michelin-starred chefs Dave Pynt, Matt Abé and Matt Abergel, joined by renowned US pitmaster Rodney Scott. Following strong sell-out demand in 2025, general tickets are on sale from 1 July.

Truffle tourism takes centre stage in Margaret River this winter
A new winter experience in Margaret River is pairing luxury dining with one of the region’s most prized delicacies.
Rustico at Hay Shed Hill has partnered with Margaret River Truffle Farm to launch a ‘hunt and lunch’ experience, inviting guests to join guided truffle hunts before a long-table feast. Showcasing fresh seasonal produce alongside premium local wines, the offering delivers a paddock-to-plate journey, reinforcing the South West’s reputation as a leading gourmet destination.
New wellness venue opens inside 100-year-old building
Alchemy Saunas has transformed the heritage-listed Royal George Hotel in East Fremantle into its flagship wellness destination. Blending the grandeur of a Roman bathhouse with Alchemy Saunas’ contemporary wellness philosophy, the revitalised space features a 50,000-litre ice pool, a hot magnesium bath built beneath the building’s original heritage structure, expansive sauna facilities, a steam room, premium amenities and welcoming communal spaces. Once home to a horse stable, pub and restaurant, the century-old building has been reimagined as one of East Fremantle’s most distinctive wellness experiences.
